WHAM and Consignor Agreement

​

CONSIGNMENT TERMS - Consignor will receive 40% of the selling price when sold. On furniture, items that sell for $100 or more, Consignor will receive 60% of the selling price. Wear House and More accepts items Monday-Saturday from 10-5:30 with a limit of 35 items per week. All items must be brought in clean, pressed, and on hangers. Consignor must wait for any items which are not accepted or those items will be donated.  The Consignor is responsible for providing the correct consignor number on each visit. Consignor will be responsible for 2% of the credit card fees if customers choose to pay with a credit card on their purchase. These fees are split with the business.

FEES & ITEM ASSESSMENT - Items must be within two years of fashion, in-season, pressed and on hangers with no defects with no garage sale stickers.  A one-time administrative fee of $5.00 will be deducted from your account.  Any imperfections or damages should be clearly disclosed by the Consignor at the time of consignment.  Any items later found that do not meet the consignment criteria are subject to a reasonable cleaning or repair fee.

PRICING - Consignor's items will be priced at the discretion of Wear House and More.  Items will be reduced for some of the following reasons: Store promotions & Standard markdowns.

SALES & PAYMENT - Balance due the Consignor may be paid out at anytime with cash, check or store credit towards purchases. Only names listed on the account can pick up any amount due.  Person(s) collecting money/credit must provide a photo ID.

ITEMS NOT SOLD - Any items priced below $50 will become the property of Wear House and More at the end of 90 days.

Items priced $25 or greater can be picked up by the Consignor the week before and week of expiration. (90 Days after priced)

DONATIONS - Wear House and More reserves the right to donate any item(s) at anytime which are not sellable without notifying the Consignor.

​

DAMAGES/LOSS - Reasonable care will be taken to prevent losses.

​

EARLY TERMINATION - Items retrieved by the Consignor 7 days or more before the expiration date will be charged a handling fee of 10% of original WHAM price.

​

CONSIGNMENT BALANCES - To check your current consignment balance and view your current consignment items, go to the Home page and click on "My Resale Web" and sign on using your name and consignment number.
